What is the minimum investment required?

The minimum investment is €100.000. After the initial investment, the minimum subsequent amount is €5.000.

Is there any lock-up period for new investors?

Any investor can request a redemption every week as long as the request is received before Wednesday 11:00 hours (UTC) and will be executed a week later, on the following Wednesday.

In which jurisdiction are the investment management company and the investment fund registered?

Cyber Capital BV is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK), and our fund is registered with the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) under the AIFMD 'light' regime.
